Guide to Returning a Product

JIGOO stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer's expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it in accordance with the terms below (applicable only to purchases made on jigoolife.com).


For EU Customers

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify us by either: Please ensure your withdrawal notice is submitted before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
  • Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  • The goods must be returned in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Defective or Faulty Products (EU)

If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@jigoolife.com or via our Order Cancellation page. JIGOO will be responsible for the return shipping fee and will refund the original purchase price within 14 calendar days of receiving the return package, via your original method of payment.


For US Customers

14-Day Return Policy

Within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, you can request a return & refund service without providing any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jigoolife.com with your order number. You shall be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Defective or Faulty Products (US)

If the product has a manufacturing defect within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, please contact us at support@jigoolife.com. JIGOO will be responsible for the return shipping fee and will refund the original purchase price within 14 calendar days of receiving the return package, via your original method of payment.


For Products Not Purchased from jigoolife.com

Please refer to the return & refund policy of the platform or store where you made your purchase and contact the seller directly. This website only accepts returns for purchases made on jigoolife.com — if you purchased through Amazon, AliExpress, Geekbuying, Geekmaxi, or other platforms, please request a return from the respective seller.


Return Requirements

The following conditions apply to all returns regardless of region:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories (batteries, chargers, manuals, etc.), and must be able to be completely repackaged.
  • Include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation inside the return package, and secure the return label on the outside.
  • Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice). All labels and logos must show no signs of tampering or alteration.
  • If any gifts were included with your order, please return them with the goods.
  • Unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery returns without the seller's prior consent will be rejected.
